Making food part of survival again

Hunger, crops, and prepared meals are being connected into one readable survival loop instead of a collection of background chores.

Food should matter because players are preparing for something, not because a meter constantly interrupts them. Rift's developing hunger system gives everyday meals a clear role and lets prepared food carry an expedition farther.

Farming is being made more predictable at the same time. Crops grow on understandable rhythms and can be harvested without repeatedly tearing up a field, making a working farm feel like part of a settlement rather than busywork.

The underlying pieces are implemented and now need practical playtesting: pacing a normal day, feeding a group, recovering after danger, and making sure the system still feels like Minecraft survival.
